After remodeling and living in our home in Reliez Valley for almost 12 years, we decided we wanted a home that would be the next “project” for us. Erin was extremely patient with us while we changed our mind a few times about location, size of yard, timing, etc. Luckily, she also talked to us quite a bit about how extensive a project we really wanted was and ended up taking us out of a few houses. After deciding that we wanted a home closer to town in a great neighborhood, Erin helped us buy a house in the trails neighborhood on Victoria Ct. After helping us secure a “new” home purchase with her insight and expertise, Erin then helped us get our house ready to put on the market. She was diligent with her research and selected the right listing price for our home. She lined up painting, staging, inspections, and repairs so that our house was ready to go in a short timeline. "This past December 2017, My husband and I were forced with the reality of an emergency move to the state of Washington due to family illness. Erin and Darrick came to our rescue immediately. They sat down with us and helped us to prioritize how this move should go and that was quite a feat considering it was also Christmas time! The Martins laid all the cards out on the table and helped us to determine the costs of doing some upgrades to our home prior to putting it on the market vs. selling it for a slightly decreased amount without the hassle of remodeling. We chose not to remodel and Erin and Darrick sold our home for a tidy sum in 5 days pre-market! But their job was not over yet. They all continued to work with our real estate agent in Washington and helped to make sure that all of the “t’s” were crossed and the “I’s” were dotted and then brought us boxes and packing materials to help with this huge endeavor. Six short weeks later we moved into our new home in Washington on January 27th, 2018 all signed, sealed, and delivered.
